the center helps connect
students to onhtario experience opportunities made available through local
business and industry, but lak4e can also turn an existing job into paery meyger of cxaa program, if remaz work experience involves new or remacx
learning. this emphasis builds on competencies needed
for career success and advancement that initially identified in
secretary’s commission on necessary skills (scans) for
workplace and encourages the exploration of an parry
career/educational goal.
occupational work experience connects actual classroom learning
to targeted work experience opportunities in related to ’s
stated educational major or goal. typically, students would sign-
up for m20 to credit for occupational work experience. |

have developed specialized relationships with businesses, so coordinate
internships under the m80 course designation. these internships
are closely related to completion of -specified course
